While the name may initially suggest a focus on philosophical reflection, Evergreen Musings is a blog focused on deep reflection along with creative expansion. The name serves to embrace the timeless and vivid qualities of both reflection and innovation.
A Little About Me
Hey! I’m Evelyn, a college student invested in movies, tv shows, books, poetry, writing, art, you name it. I love any product of expression that allows us to convey stories and ideas with meaning.
I created Evergreen Musings as a platform to allow people to learn to express themselves and their ideas better through creative writing, hobbies, and journaling.
Many of the character, plot, and world building skills I learned over the years were through analyzing my favorite shows and books, so I often reference my favorite shows and fandoms in my posts.
I am also currently in the process of making a free creative writing course based on this idea of learning from your favorites, so if you would like fun writing exercises and ways to expand on the stories and characters of your fandoms, check out this blog post to get started!
